That being said, the online wait time is a joke. At 10:30am it was a 110 minute wait. So I said why not, I’m 2 hours away so I should be able to make it no problem. After about a half hour (11am) still an hour away, the timer jumped to 15 minutes. I called and the lady and she said my best bet was to cancel and re-checkin. So I did and when I was 4th in line with a 15 min timer it suddenly jumped to 40 mins. I understand they are busy, but this is just so inconvenient. Especially when I’m trying to get a haircut while on the road. I guess that’s just how it goes.
