- TKTaylor KeenaJan 31, 20261.0I took my son to get his haircut and we went with great clips in brainerd. Never again will I take him to the great clips in this area. When we left I wasn’t found of how it looked, my son liked it. After he washed his hair he noticed that it wasn’t even on both sides, he has chunks of hair missing due to not using the correct shears or whatever the lady was doing. There is a large patch on the back of his head that wasn’t blended in appropriately. When she was cutting his hair she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Lisa is the one who cut his hair. A year ago prior to my wedding we got his hair cut in Baxter and had a similar experience but didn’t realize it till the next morning when we were on the plane because it was styled the night before. The top of his hair had literal steps and only looked decent styled. I wouldn’t waste your money and would look into going to a locally owned salon/barber in the BLA area. Better options and better quality.

- MJMichael JohnsonDec 1, 20253.0I was really tough for me to make a review because I’m just not that type. And to be honest, I should probably give them a 1 star, but I love great clips. That being said, the online wait time is a joke. At 10:30am it was a 110 minute wait. So I said why not, I’m 2 hours away so I should be able to make it no problem. After about a half hour (11am) still an hour away, the timer jumped to 15 minutes. I called and the lady and she said my best bet was to cancel and re-checkin. So I did and when I was 4th in line with a 15 min timer it suddenly jumped to 40 mins. I understand they are busy, but this is just so inconvenient. Especially when I’m trying to get a haircut while on the road. I guess that’s just how it goes.
