  I was working for DoorDash and was supposed to pick up an order for a customer. They looked super busy, a lady at the counter instructed me where to wait. After 10 minutes, nobody was helping me and my 2nd order was a food order, thus quality deteriorates. I saw a lady with a radio and told her I was with DoorDash and had been waiting a long time. She cut me off, told me to keep waiting where I was and somebody would come help me. I told her that I was worried about parking and she, again, cut me off and told me to keep waiting where I was. Twice I tried speaking with her and twice she was rude and gave me a generic response. She was very curt. Thus, with no timeline on the order and employees that seem more bothered than helpful when I ask for help, I unassigned the order and left the store. What an awful experience

  I visited this location and I got to say was greated immediately and I was looking for an old brand of lipstick now before this store I visited Ulta the sales woman there went above and beyond to find it or just something similar then she went to a website to find me stores that might carry it, she made sure i left a happy customer. I decided to try your store before trying Macy's since they are right next to each other and both have beauty departments I was greeted told nope and nothing else she could do. I didnt tell her I already had the info from Ulta. I gave my daughter that was with me a good lesson in brand names, shops and customer service skills. Please do better sephora. The southdale mall location has great customer service. I wish I could say the same about MOA location. FYI I found something similar at Macy's and the sales clerk Lynn did a fabulous job. I did also leave each woman a review. I didnt catch sephora sales clerk name but was there for about 1 min.

  Stopped in to do an Instacart order and Chanel was really friendly and helpful. She guided me to everything I needed, gave exceptional customer service, and made me feel confident being in the store. Thank you!

  Absolutely rude customer service. Every time I tried to receive help I was met with a look and just walked away from and when I did receive help I was met with attitude with every question I asked. Seriously don’t know how this location still has there employees if you aren’t nice to make sales.
