- EEEngr EidMar 17, 20261.0To whom it may concern, I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with my recent haircut. The stylist was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to understand the haircut I was asking for. I even showed her a photo of exactly how I wanted my hair done, but she completely ignored it and rushed through the entire process. The haircut didn’t even last 3 minutes, which clearly shows there was no care or attention to detail. While she was cutting my hair, I tried to guide her and explain what I wanted, but she refused to listen and kept telling me to stay silent. It was very disrespectful and uncomfortable, especially since she was clearly doing the haircut incorrectly. In addition, the hygiene and cleanliness were unacceptable. She did not clean the area after the previous client, and hair was left all over. During my haircut, hair was falling all over my body, which made the experience even worse. By the end, my hair was completely messed up and nothing like what I requested. I told her I was not happy and that I regretted coming in. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she responded rudely and told me not to come back if I didn’t want to follow her instructions. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
