He claimed it was a different product even though I was showing him the exact same thing. The women who helped me before saw the same information and went to find the perfume for me. It wasn’t until he came up to the registers that there was a problem. He told me to pull it up on Sephora Kohl’s website specifically, which I did and he still insisted that wasn’t the price. If you don’t price match, just say that no big deal but don’t try to treat me like we aren’t looking at the same exact thing.

Also, when i went to the register with my older mother, she kept smacking her gum while talking, and raised her voice when my mother asked her to repeat.
