    Stopped in to do an Instacart order and Chanel was really friendly and helpful. She guided me to everything I needed, gave exceptional customer service, and made me feel confident being in the store. Thank you!

    Absolutely rude customer service. Every time I tried to receive help I was met with a look and just walked away from and when I did receive help I was met with attitude with every question I asked. Seriously don’t know how this location still has there employees if you aren’t nice to make sales.

    Usually I just go in and out of Sephora but today I had such a good experience largely thanks to Alexa. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and offered personalized recommendations that were great. Unlike other people who just offer superficial or generic suggestions, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for and explore different price points. She deserves a raise if you haven’t given her one already

    I'm not sure what's going on with this location but all eyes are on me and all employees approach me every minute. I can't even pick up an item to look at without one of them being in my face. Even today I went to pick up my birthday gift during my lunch break and the woman at the front I can hear her talk on her mic about how she greeted me and that I was just browsing and to keep watching me. This is why I'm now only shopping online. They're worried about someone who actually spends money at their store instead of the kids that come in and steal. As a POC I do take it personally so Sephora please do better with how you treat paying clients.
