I can't even pick up an item to look at without one of them being in my face. Even today I went to pick up my birthday gift during my lunch break and the woman at the front I can hear her talk on her mic about how she greeted me and that I was just browsing and to keep watching me. This is why I'm now only shopping online. They're worried about someone who actually spends money at their store instead of the kids that come in and steal. As a POC I do take it personally so Sephora please do better with how you treat paying clients.

Most of the time, I can find what I need, but occasionally I have to walk around a bit before I can flag someone down to ask a question. They carry a wide range of products, though surprisingly, not much cologne for men.

Had Raya or Rayna (not sure of her name but she had cute pink gems on her name tag) help me out and she was incredibly sweet and showed me the Makeup by Mario waterproof eyeliner (which she was wearing). Check out and that was that. I highly appreciate that I didn’t feel judge or uncomfortable at all even though ya girl was looking rough. Then today I went tubing on the river for several hours and my eyeliner did not move. Through rapids, swimming, rubbing my face, and all that my eyeliner was still almost completely intact. absolutely in love with this eyeliner now THANK YOU RAYNA FOR PUTTING ME ON!!!! Hope your pillow is forever perfectly fluffed and cool!!
