So much so, that I felt inclined to write a positive review.I had an issue with a defective product, and Julien went above and beyond to help me, and make it right! Julien was helpful and friendly, and even reached out to the Manager, Lexi, who had just left for the night. Julien explained my situation to her and she okayed an exchange, sight unseen, which was greatly appreciated! I live out of town and don’t have a MAC store close to me, so this was a big help. Thank you for the outstanding service, Julian (and Lexi)! Keep up the great work! I will definitely come back and see you guys when I’m in Minnesota again!
