So much so, that I felt inclined to write a positive review.I had an issue with a defective product, and Julien went above and beyond to help me, and make it right! Julien was helpful and friendly, and even reached out to the Manager, Lexi, who had just left for the night. Julien explained my situation to her and she okayed an exchange, sight unseen, which was greatly appreciated! I live out of town and don’t have a MAC store close to me, so this was a big help. Thank you for the outstanding service, Julian (and Lexi)! Keep up the great work! I will definitely come back and see you guys when I’m in Minnesota again! - TLT LNov 19, 20172.0The service is usually atrocious. They need more staff. I can't ever get help when I need it. They try to answer my questions while making over other clients. As such, they can only answer simple questions. If someone is available, they make it seem like I'm interrupting them. If I all a question that they think is simple, their answer suggests that I should know that. There are a few helpful staff members, but overall, I wouldn't come here if you need help. The lines are also very long at times, with only 1 cash register. Other mac locations give you a sample our two, but they don't do that here.
