    I visited today on 10/30/2025 and had an incredible experience!! Their store feels so much bigger after the rearrangement. The staff i interacted with were all so kind, fun, and delightful. Special thanks to Bryn, Quinn, and Julia who were such wonderful conversationalist and kind humans. This will forever be my Lush of choice for the rest of its time open. Thank you thank you thank you Lush team members, named and unamed for your wonderful work

    I love going to lush just to look around and smell all the things. I’ve never bought anything for myself but I still love trying the products in store. While perusing my friend and I were chatting about how bath bombs make great gifts and this lovely employee heard me say that I had never been gifted a bath bomb… lo and behold she packaged a bath bomb for me free of cost!! I was truly so touched. Such a kind and attentive gesture from a sales associate and I didn’t even purchase anything! I wish I had caught her name, she was such a sweet woman with beautiful pink and purple hair! Thank you Lush xoxo

    Brynn (with the heart shaped glasses!) and Annika (with the beautiful dyed hair) were so helpful! The staff are such lovely people, we got everything we needed and were helped quickly on both the floor and at the register! Thank you!

    Quinn at the Mall of America LUSH store was kind, informative and oh so generous. As someone who is very adamant about trying things before I purchase (especially if they are above a price range I’m used to) it was such a lovely surprise to have someone who was so kind and offered (before I even asked) if I’d like to try some samples to test out the experience myself. She was generous with her offerings because she truly wanted me to get the full experience. I was honest with her regarding my budget, and she completely understood why I was hesitant to purchase right off the bat. She was not a pushy sales person and far from judgmental! The assistant manager Nikki also understood and was happy to join along in our conversation and share her favorite products. Thank you Quinn for your kindness!

    I visited this shop just before flying back to the uk. The staff were so incredibly helpful. I found everything I needed and they also gave me some magnesium massage bar to try. It really helped me on the flight and has improved my sleep too.
