When I asked if they did the Wigs for Kids donation hair cuts, she said yes but then after I sat down, she couldn't find the ruler to measure the donation. She eventually found the ruler but was very rushed and didn't tie the pony tail very well so when she was evening the rest of the hair she cut off more than I wished. It felt very impersonal, super rushed, and just not very professional at all.
