- NRNadia RomandiDec 29, 20255.0Ashley was AMAZING! A few months ago I got the advance treatment hair masque and it was wonderful. I went in today to go get more but was sad they no longer sold it. Ashley came up to me as I was looking around and gave me some amazing recommendations. She recommended me the bond and repair masque, as after asking me a few questions about my hair, she felt that would suit my needs. It was a very personalized expirence, and sent me home with samples of the other items in the set that I didn't buy so I could try out the full Aveda expirence. She was kind and attentive, and overall lovely to me and my boyfriend. I did end up buying what she recommended and I am very excited to try!

I’m coming back after trying my free sample to pick out my shampoo and conditioner! Good customer service and place was clean and organized!!

Each new employee that I encounter, has made me more and more dissatisfied with this Aveda store. The products are amazing but I might have to find a new place to shop and ask questions. I am not greeted warmly, tea has not been offered to me for the past 3 times I've been there, and when I made a recent purchase, the transaction was jagged and rude. The girl was chatting with a fellow associate about personal matter as I was checking out. Prior to this purchase, the same associate approached me about some shampoo. She ranted about herself and did not ask me about myself. When I excitedly mentioned a small detail that we had in common, she had no response and did not want to engage further. I did not feel valued as a customer and haven't in quite some time. If Aveda wants to continue breaking through the earth-friendly cosmetics world, they need to step up their employee accountability game. And some manners wouldn't kill them.
