- DODanielle OestreicherMar 23, 20261.0Worst experience we have ever had at a salon. My 15-year-old son came in prepared — he had photos of his last haircut from multiple angles to show the stylist before they started. Despite that, the result was uneven, unblended, and had visible clipper lines. The stylist needed a second employee to check the work multiple times throughout the cut, which made it clear this was not within their skill level. When a senior staff member stepped in to correct the blending, her response was to tell us what we “should have asked for instead” — after looking at the reference photo and acknowledging it looked nothing like his last cut. Not a single apology was offered, even though my son was visibly upset. Blaming his curly hair was not an acceptable explanation. He is 15 and has never had lines like that on the same hair. The lack of accountability from any staff member is what stands out most. My son was so discouraged he would rather have me attempt to fix it at home than trust another stylist. That says everything. We have three kids and have been regular haircut customers. We will not be returning to this location. If you have children — especially teens who are particular about their hair — look elsewhere.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
