- BLBrenda LunaNov 22, 20251.0I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience really upset me, Especially because I stop in often since I work right next door. I went in to pick up wax strips and wasn’t greeted at the door, which was whatever. When I asked where the wax strips were, the lady working was on her phone not looking up once and just said “over there.” I asked where “over there” was, and she just vaguely pointed in a direction without actually helping. I found what I needed, but when I went to check out, she still didn’t make eye contact. Which was weird and off putting. She asked if I had the app in the driest tone I told her no, but I had my ID and phone number. She didn’t even look at my ID just asked for my number . During the transaction she was tapping her fingers and acting annoyed. It’s not my fault she was having a bad day, and it came off SUPER unprofessional.

All the lice these days are resistant to it anyways. Just come here and these ladies will fix you right up. My only complaint - the bathroom could use a changing table.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric's return policy for store purchases?
Store purchases can be returned to any SalonCentric store with a valid receipt within ninety days for most items, except electrical items and shears which have a 60-day return window. Refunds for electrical items and shears are issued as SalonCentric gift cards.
