- EWEfrem Winder3 days ago5.0Lilac did amazing. Im mixed with somewhat thick hair. I mostly only come in to get line-ups and my beard fixed before I go get my hair braided somewhere else. She lined up the back of my neck and did a small fade at my ears. She showed me examples of how the different guard numbers would appear with the fade. She was real nice and didnt spend a lot of time talking about random things. Some people like conversation- i dont. I think she could tell and didnt push it. That was refreshing. She was perfect for me and I imagine she would be talkative if someone else wanted her to be. The other staff on thos day were friendly to their clients as well. Dont be afraid of the wait time when you get here. Many people check in online but aren't there when their spot opens up. I think there were 3 people in front of me that hadn't showed up so my 63 minute wait time was 16 minutes in real time. Real good service by Lilac and this office.

My son and I both got our haircuts, while my son’s cut was good, the lady that cut my hair did not know how to do a simple fade. After we left I went to a mom and pop’s hair salon to finish the fade. Probably will be my last time at Great Clips
