I have a little bump just behind my ear that has never been an issue but somehow this time the stylist did something that caused it to bleed a lot when it has never bled before in the years I have had the issue. She freaked out and did finally finish cutting my hair. Didn't touch my side burns at all. I normally do a 7 on the sides and her response was I can do a 6.5 or 8. When the stylist next to her said she had a 7 she said she couldn't use it. When I left I had so much hair down the back of my shirt. I must have been the stylist first cut. The two prior times I have gone to this location I had a great experience with a stylist that has clearly a lot more experience than the stylist did today.

I was shocked because she treated everyone else nice. She was actually going to take the clippers to trim my hair. I asked her to use the scissors instead. I think that is when she got an attitude towards me. It was a little weird she trimmed my hair while it was laying on my chest. She knew how much I wanted cut off. She could have moved my hair to my back. I felt very uncomfortable. She did a okay job but she didn't check to see if my hair was even. I did look at my hair when I was done but I didn't fully check it. I just wanted to hurry and get out of there because I felt very uncomfortable!
