- SMScott MarszalekMar 31, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I sat down, the stylist was rude and dismissive. When I said I usually go off a picture for my haircut, she responded sarcastically and criticized the photo instead of helping guide me. Throughout the haircut, she seemed irritated and rushed. The cut itself took only a few minutes, my hair wasn’t evenly dampened, and she was rough while handling my head. When I asked simple questions to clarify the length, she responded with more attitude instead of trying to help. At the end, she removed the cape carelessly, leaving hair all over my clothes. She did not clean up loose hair, comb my hair properly, or offer any basic finishing service. There was still hair in my ears when I left. No one in the salon stepped in or offered assistance despite the situation being clearly uncomfortable. I asked for her name and a manager, but was told there was no manager available and to contact corporate. I’ve already reached out and am still waiting to hear back. I’ve never left a negative review before, and I always tip, but this experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would appreciate being contacted regarding a refund.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
