I went in to donate hair and the experience was so incredibly unpleasant I left without even getting it cut. Michael ripped my hair out four times before we were even 5 minutes in. My hair was not unusually tangled, I have wavy hair and it was obvious this guy has never heard to start at the bottom. It was very apparent he did not know what he was doing. When I asked for him to remove the only band he put in unsuccessfully four times I told him this just wasn't going to be able to happen today and his response was there's going to be pulling. I left pulling clumps of my hair out......

I've been very lucky to get Jessica twice now and she has given me a great cut both times. The shop is very clean. They keep good notes for whomever will cut your hair the next time.

She told me they have later hours because they have so many stylists and they need to get their hours in. So that was great too, she made me not feel bad about coming in late. What a lady! Wish I could remember her name.
