- SMsterling maeNov 10, 20251.0WOW is all I have to say. And not in a good way. Get your next cut here if you want half an inch shaved off your hairline and a crooked line up. Also you should probably go over sanitation regulations with your stylists as well considering the next day his head had multiple pimples from dirty clippers. As someone who has worked in salons for 8 years I am absolutely appalled by this. He went in for an inch off and came home with practically a buzz cut on his entire head and missing the bottom of his hairline. Whoever did this needs to have her license reevaluated.

On my most recent visit, my stylist was argumentative, but the other stylist actually did lower the volume - until my stylist went to check in a customer and they raised the volume back up! The music is just too loud there, ladies. Add in the blow dryers going and it's too much. It's ok to lower the volume for a customer. Don't get so butt hurt over it.

- JMJim McDonaldOct 6, 20255.0My experience with Great Clips has been more than rocky to say the least. After the stylist I had here left it was hit or miss at about 5 or 6 locations. Then Lynn did an amazing job, taking the time to check to see how I felt about my trim. If she wasn't working I would walk out and come back another day. I followed her to the Maple Grove location until she came back full time. I was ready to give up on Great Clips, but she kept me coming back!
