Her stylist was a lady by the name of Carissa. My sister showed her a picture of how she wanted her hair done beforehand and afterwards it turned out nothing like that picture. She ended up with blonde blonde hair and orange roots in her bang area. When she confronted the stylist about this she was told that she did not have enough time to fix it. But the stylist was nice enough to instruct her on how to go home and fix it herself. After she was charged $150 why should she have to go home and try to fix anything after she paid Carissa for a service that she did not provide. I think that this was unfair and that this was very unprofessional and something should be done to correct it. My sister deserves a full refund and a apology.
