Upon washing and attempting to restyle my hair today, I realized even more he really didn't do what I wanted him to. I wanted my bangs trimmed (and I always keep a side bang), and he did straight bangs and no transition into my face framing. They just... Stop abruptly. And my face framing is minimal to non-existent. I can't see where it starts. I also mentioned that I liked the length of my hair and didn't want anything done to it other than some touch-up trimming and he definitely took a good chunk of length off. I've been trying to grow my hair out long and now I look like I'm in middle school again with all straight bangs and straight hair. :/ He took his own spin on my hair that I didn't really want.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
