Not only was she phenomenal and did a tremendous job. She did exactly what I needed her to do. I am always so hesitant about my hair being a certain length and how some people always get so scissor happy I am so glad I started coming here three years ago please look no further. Everyone here is so great thank you, Rita, not only are you a great woman but I really appreciate the cut. I love Jc Penny Salon Everyone here is was more experienced than other places.

I hesitate so much about who cuts my hair but it was so bad I couldn’t hold off anymore. She is now my new cutting stylist. I honestly cannot thank her enough. So many people Like To keep cutting and I swear every half inch she checked in and asked my satisfactory. I wanna give her 10 ⭐️, I’ll be back for her she did a fabulous job!

My appointment was for 1pm at 1:10 I asked if my hairdresser was almost done with her client. She can out to tell me she was running late I said how long , her answer was about a half hour, she could get someone else. Why didn't she do that when I walked in the door. Not happy at all

It took me a while before I could allow someone else to touch my hair, until I saw Sarah. She not only brought my hair back to life, the products she used kept it nice and healthy for a long while. Great stylist, great products and great hours. It was worth every penny spent. I would definitely go back.
