Literally stood for 20 minutes while two staff members were helping others but didn't make any effort to let other customers know they had people that needed to be checked out. One of the staff purposefully seemed to longer with a customer to avoid the checkout. I realize staffing is a challenge in retail but this is problematic to want to remain a customer.

I visited with my friend who has a hard time communicating because she is nonverbal and has autism. This employee went above and beyond to help my friend. She took the time to figure out her needs, recommended great products, was patient in helping her pick colors, and treated her with so much respect. The store had a great selection but it's the employee's excellent customer service that has made us customers for life. Thank you! 🥰
