He gets the same haircut every single time, his notes are all in the file - yet today, they completely butchered it. It was still pretty long on top after she finished, so we requested a bit more to be taken off. Welp, she hacked off almost all of the hair on top, leaving it looking messy and uneven. Then to find out they raised their prices when we went to pay made it worse. $20 for a senior/kid cut is ludacris, at least the other locations send coupons. Later at home, when my son complained that his neck hurt, I got a good look at how uneven the back is - along with a bunch of clipper burns. The stylist should be ashamed of herself, because those kinds of clippers burns come from rushing and not cleaning her tools properly. If you can't take the time to give a 9 year old a proper cut, you should do something else.
