I showed pictures of what I wanted and they cut it 3 inches shorter, obliterating my bangs and leaving me with hair sticking up because short hair was trapped under long hair. it only looked passable after a week. They need to work on actually satisfying their customer. You can’t ask me if it looks okay after cutting more than I wanted!

After the cut was finished, I noticed that the hairs were almost bald. My son overheard her snickering to her co-workers about "getting this cut over with". Afterwards, when I spoke to the barber about it, she had no remorse or understanding. She was laughing "this is what you told me to do," even though the hair was clearly not what I instructed. Just as we were about to leave, I overheard her laughing to her co-workers about the incident. Very horrible service. Will not come back. Edit: After reading through other peoples review, I have noticed a clear pattern in kids cuts not being done to specifications, often from the same barber. I really hope something is done to rectify the situation. Until then, I will not return. Stay on alert parents.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
