  I came in with my sister and an employee heard us talking and rushed around the corner to see what we were doing but didnt great us then stayed around the area for a bit. At least great the customer if you are going to stalk them. I recommend the employees here fix the shelves everything is disorganized and in the wrong spot.

  The store is beautiful and you can find nice products. But I just had a negative experience with the associates. We went there to buy perfumes but couldn’t find someone to help us. I go to the cashier and ask her if there’s anyone that could help in the perfume section. She responds by saying that she’s busy checking out a customer and there’s only one other associates who’s super busy. So I ask her if I should wait or go to another store, and she starts raising her voice at me saying that as soon as they’re done, they can help. So I wait for about 15 minutes and I see the other associate help everyone who came before us and ignore the fact that we were waiting. So I try to approach her but she ignored me. I try again with the cashier and she literally acted like no one was there. So we decide to walk out and try another location. However, as we were walking, I see another employee walking around the store but avoided eye contact. I’m not saying that the holiday season is not stressful, but ignoring customers and making them wait when you had no intention of helping is extremely rude. Had they told us to try another store, we would’ve said our thanks and drove to Somerset. It’s just pathetic that all of this act could’ve been avoided if the associates were more transparent and a lot more respectful

  It what is definitely a beautiful place to visit. The associates were very helpful. There was a great variety of many different items. The only if she was you cannot use Sephora gift cards at the Sephora's in Kohl's only at Somerset at the actual Sephora store. Granted they can also be used online, but it's a little bit of an inconvenience when you're shopping and could be using these cards at Kohl's. You have to purchase the items from Sephora at their personal register anyway so I don't see the difference. I did like the coupon options though that helps since the planned use of gift cards made the purchase different than expected.

  This is by far the worst location. The lady at the front desk in Sephora was so hostile and did not want to help. I did not have a receipt for a return (on talking with Sephoras customer service, a receipt is not needed for a return, all you need is an email to retrieve your information ) I gave her my email id and she just kept saying, it’s not showing up. I pulled up my account in front of her with the same email id. The purchase shows on my Sephora account. She just refused to help me. Will not be returning to this location
