- CCCrs2 days ago1.0I avoid coming here as much as i can. The store is small and is full of women with strollers and teenagers you cant even look around peacefully without getting shoved out the way by someone. Also the store is so dark its hard to even see what you are looking at it feels like a nightclub not a makeup store. The staff seem miserable to be there but i cant blame them. If i have to go here i will come in the morning while the store is still empty. Im giving 1 star for the good selection of brands

Popular items are often out of stock, and even after multiple visits, the items remain out of stock. It also feels like many of the employees crowd around the small fragrance section, more focused on earning commission than genuinely assisting customers throughout the store. That said, about a month ago, an older associate named Tammy was very helpful she took the time to assist me.

I called the Bloomfield store & had the opposite experience. Jose didn’t necessarily give me good news but delivered the blow in the kindest, most helpful way possible. They deserve a raise because that’s how customer service should be!
