    I had never felt discriminated before in my life before I met the manager Brandon. He refused to return 3 items out of my 1000 dollar order for store credit despite me being within 60 days and having that done MANY times before. Rude was an understatement. He was extremely rude with degrading comments, tone, and expression. Lucky for me I got a wonderful agent Steven on the phone at Sephora corporate who calmed me down and gladly sent me a return label or I would never have stepped foot in Sephora ever again. This also further confirmed my suspicions of discrimination by Brandon. -Sincerely a VIP rouge member for over 10 years who has NEVER experienced anything like that.

    Horrible store would give it -0 stars if i could, went there last week looking for lip gloss first walked in worker greeted me which was nice then 4 more followed me around kept asking the same stuff how would that make someone feel comfortable trying to go look around without someone breathing down their necks. Then I buy the lip gloss just to find out the wrong lip gloss is in the wrong package and looked used… which is not the first time that has happened. Workers walk around with RBF and just give you looks like no body should feel uncomfortable when they’re the one buying from the store. At least at twelve oaks they make people feel comfortable and have products in the right place. Especially when it’s a pricey busy store as it is.

    I booked an appointment for my makeup to be done for a Christmas party. I had such a great experience. This was my first time ever getting my makeup done and Kae did an amazing job! She was so nice and friendly. I would definitely book again. Only thing that would be nice is if there was a way to go back and see exactly what products that were used as I really liked them. I was in a rush and did not even think to ask. Thank you Kae!!

    Well. I was told I could buy a gift card at the order pick up area. Waited… Then told by the actual manager to go wait in another line. He’s the manager and couldn’t ring in a gift card ok. ✅

    I recently visited Sephora in search of a specific product. The store was very busy, and I was unable to find an available associate for assistance. As I briefly opened a drawer to check for the product, an employee named APRIL approached me abruptly and, in a noticeably rude tone, said, “We ask that you do not open the drawers. If you need help, ask an employee.” I simply replied, “Okay.” She then asked what I was looking for, so I explained the product I needed. Her response was, “Well, did you find it in there since you helped yourself and opened the drawer?” The comment, along with her attitude and hand gestures, was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I expressed that I did not appreciate her tone and declined her assistance before walking away. She made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I then spoke with the manager on duty, but the issue was not addressed meaningfully. He simply stated, “Thank you for bringing that to my attention, and I’m sorry that happened” without offering any follow-up or resolution. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at Sephora, and I hope it is taken seriously to ensure better interactions in the future. If you don’t want your customers going in the drawers, put locks on them or store the products in the back. It’s sad to see how customer service has changed.
