It’s absolutely bonkers that they’re still using software and computers from the year 2000. It’s a running joke that we all know how long cashing out at salon centric will be. It’s impossible to go there on a day you have to work because who knows how long it will take. I truly try to order as much as I can online to avoid waiting in store… however, I think the workers there are great and I love seeing them. Fix it. It’s beyond time and this company is very successful… there’s no excuse

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
