- DNdestiny najjar2 days ago5.0i would like to share my amazing experience i always have at this location. holly, kristen, and nancy are one of the best employees i've ever encountered especially holly she was so sweet and kind really went above and beyond to help me find my perfect shade in the studio fix foundation after i was having trouble finding the perfect shade she was the one to find my exact shade i cannot thank you enough holly i’m absolutely obsessed. anytime i come kristen and nancy will always be ready to help me with anything thank you guys so much for always helping me anytime i come in. 🫶🏼

Meanwhile I set my appointment up two days prior because of a photo shoot and wedding I had to go to today. The makeup artist suggested that he could call another location to set up another appointment for later today, really? Nonetheless I walked up to the call the Lancôme counter they took me right away and was way more professional than Mac makeupand was way more professional than Mac makeup treated me. Never again will I buy Mac make up !!!!!!!!!!!!!
- EGErick GersonFeb 3, 20161.0Really bad costumer service, the manager there was not helpful I was on the phone literally waiting for 45 minutes placing an order, they said they will get the product out and will call me back. Which took them about an hour to do so. And I was the one that called them back. I know they must be busy but I'm a costumer as well. And this was run like a garage sale. Never had this problem before. But after waiting all this time and hassle they said they could not ship it to me because I'm a MUA and they needed to see my credentials. So I end up calling the Chicago location which was very helpful and overnight my order without any problem. Thing that I've done a million times.
