    I would not trust this place for any kind of haircut. If you want a simple straight trim, maybe—but anything more than that is a no. I asked for bangs and ended up with a nightmare. The stylist didn’t get it right the first time. Her hand was shaking because she said she hadn’t eaten, so I went back to have it fixed. Instead of properly correcting it, she eyeballed everything, and I ended up with bangs even worse than before. I went to a different salon to see if it could be fixed, but it was too late. Too much hair had been cut, and there were random, uneven pieces everywhere. She even said she didn’t need to measure anything because she was trained at school—clearly, that training didn’t help. No matter how experienced someone is, they should always check and make sure everything matches. This is someone’s hair. It doesn’t grow back overnight, and I can’t just wash it off. Extremely disappointing. I won’t name the stylist, but I would strongly recommend staying away from this place.

    Marlene did an amazing job on my color correction and cut! She got me in for a last minute appointment and was able to fix my hair color and cut. She did a fantastic job!! Definitely going to see her from now on for any hair needs!
