They didn’t ask anything about the style, like what style we wanted or if we wanted to keep the old style. We took for granted that they would just keep the old style. Then they ended up making him like a monk. What’s the point paying 20 usd for a service? We can do this at home by ourselves. Unacceptable!!! Will never come back to this shop. The salon is spotless and the stylists are professional, personable and friendly..and of course very competent. I've seen them be very patient with kids and difficult customers too. The check in process is seamless and the salon is very well managed.
