Throughout the entire service, I wasn’t asked any questions about how I wanted my hair styled. The stylist’s clippers appeared dull and kept jamming during the cut, which made the experience physically painful. The haircut seemed incomplete, but given the quality of work, I didn’t feel confident asking for corrections. I also wasn’t shown the final result to verify the back was cut properly. I was polite and cooperative throughout, so I’m not sure what went wrong. This was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning.

I understand mistakes, but it happens way too much here and I have a very simple haircut and tip well. After a year of trying this place, I will say with confidence that the experiment is over.
