The rest of the staff ant this location are also always super nice and they do a great and professional job on my husband’s hair. This is the BEST Great Clips location EVER!! 🫶🏻

The new female stylist said the instructions weren’t in the system due to a “new system,” so I showed her a photo and clearly explained the cut. She did not follow the instructions and instead did her own hair style, completely ruining the haircut. It’s uneven and there was visible redness and slight patchiness, which is unacceptable for a child. This female stylist needs additional training and should not be servicing customers at this location until she can properly follow basic instructions. I would hate for other families to have the same experience. Very disappointed, especially given that this has been a reliable location in the past.
