George, who was one of, if not the best employee, I have ever had the chance of meeting in a retail store. When we walked in, I had said something about the window display, and he quickly gave us a little rundown on the meaning behind it, which was already cool on it’s own, but then he took the time to give us the rundown on all of the fragrances, the meanings behind the pictures on the bottles, and a detailed description of the scent notes. I have never met an employee who takes so much time to learn about brand history and then use that product knowledge to make the experience more enjoyable and personable to the shoppers. I wish I could duplicate George into every store I shopped at lol. He also told us about the holiday stories that the company released on Spotify, and we’re excited to listen on the ride home!

I left so happy with her customer service. Upon leaving I didn’t know i left my credit card behind, till i received a personal phone call from Mikki. Not only was she great at helping find the right fragrance. She was so honest and let me know i left my credit card behind. Thank you for going above and behind.
