  Wow!!!!!! Let me start by saying the Sales Associates are amazing. Each and every 1 of them at this location. They treat customers like gold. I would personally like to acknowledge my Sales Associates Jennifer and Michael. They are outstanding. They listen to you and work with you hands on to make sure you get the products you want. I love how Jennifer also goes above and beyond to actually explain to you how to use products. She is super cute and sweet and takes pride in working for Chanel! Michael is so amazing as well. I have been to this store 5 times since Christmas so that says alot. The store is super clean , and if a product is not in stock you will be sure to find something similar. My experience at Chanel in Somerset has been 10/10. Give them a visit you will be pleased!

  The product I purchased was flawless. The sales team on the other hand, were not as great. I will order my fragrance online when the bottle i purchased today is gone.

  I was there on August 27, 2025. Germani was my advisor. I told her what lipstick and eye shadow I wanted. She told me that eyeshadow had been discontinued. And that’s the last I saw her. Another customer came in and asked her a question. She immediately stated we don’t have it. The customer said, will you hold on? I didn’t even get to tell you exactly what I was looking for. Germani said, well just because you saw it in a magazine doesn’t mean that we have it in our store. The customer just looked at her, turned around, and walked out of the store. I just stood there. Then another woman asked, did you get your lipstick and I said no. She finished the sale. As I was getting ready to leave the store, another customer walked in and was looking at the perfumes. She asked Germani, what is the difference between the two perfumes as far as prices. Germani proceeded to say they smell exactly the same. The only difference is real perfume last longer. The customer said well I smell a difference between the two. The cheaper one smells a lot lighter where the more expensive real perfume smells a lot stronger. Germani proceeded to say they smell exactly the same. The customer looked at her, shook her head and walked out. Needless to say, she lost three customers.
