  I’ve visited this establishment above four times. In addition, I’ve seen the same stylist with the exception of one visit, which I believe the young lady was the owner/manager. Nevertheless, for some odd reason the color I show them that I want, is never the color my hair turns out to be. After washing my hair multiple times the color changes and I grow to like it. I came in a week ago and M.did my color. Let me add she’s super friendly, patient and very accommodating. However, I showed her a picture of the color I wanted which had a red hue. Upon blow drying my hair to my dismay it wasn’t the color I asked for. I called a few days later to obtain an appointment to fix the color. Upon arrival M. and I discussed again what I wanted. After attempting to correct the color twice it was still wrong. Furthermore, this service cost me $180 (prices have increased drastically). Since I’m unhappy with the color I decided that I won’t return. It’s unfortunate that I will have to spend additional money to have someone else to correct the color after spending almost $200.

  Diane was easy to talk to and asked me what I wanted and gave me the perfect color. I love my hair color and I will be back!
