I would personally like to acknowledge my Sales Associates Jennifer and Michael. They are outstanding. They listen to you and work with you hands on to make sure you get the products you want. I love how Jennifer also goes above and beyond to actually explain to you how to use products. She is super cute and sweet and takes pride in working for Chanel! Michael is so amazing as well. I have been to this store 5 times since Christmas so that says alot. The store is super clean , and if a product is not in stock you will be sure to find something similar. My experience at Chanel in Somerset has been 10/10. Give them a visit you will be pleased!

I will mention couple of them which made my experience even more memorable. Merwan, Michael and Jennifer are always happy to help me choose my makeup, fragrance, sunglasses and small makeup case. Will recommend everyone to go and shop in Chanel fragrance and beauty boutique! It’s so nice and special to have btq like Chanel in Somerset mall because it’s all about that elevated experience that you can’t find in any department store!
