    Christina did an amazing job coloring over a red box dye with a close match to my natural color. She was very thorough and patient, taking the extra time to use a different technique on some stubborn sections, and the result was gorgeous.

    I've never felt more humiliated. I've gotten my haircut many times and never treated the way I was treated at jcpenny in the mall by the manager and a lady name Sheryl. They assumed I've never brushed my hair before. After I warned the lady that you had to brush my hair from the bottom to the top. She insisted to rip my hair from the top to the bottom. It took 3 people. I guess to brush my hair very embarrassing and very rude, also was upcharged for tangled hair. Which they claim is a new policy. I will never go back again. Also was told long hair is pretty, but not for everybody. Just rude service.

    This was one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had. I showed her a picture and she didn't even try and do what I had told her to do. I asked for more texture and layers please I look like a Lama, don't recommend for any guy, just go somewhere else.

    My daughter had layers put in here and I was not impressed at ALL. nit whshe asked for AND they didn't bother to even blow dry or style her hair before they pushed her out, so she could actually SEE if it turned out well
