I am so sick of going into the store and having to wait in line for 20-plus minutes because there is only one register and one poor lady working. It is ridiculous that their computer system is so outdated that when people are buying large amounts of things that you have to scan every single individual item and wait 10 seconds in between each item for it to register in the ancient computer system!!! This is not a place to run in real quick if you need something on your way into work because I can not tell you how many times I've had to put back what I needed... And just leave because I've stood there for 15 or 20 minutes and I need to get somewhere. Update your computer system it is 2019!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
