  I’ve always gone to great clips for my haircuts but I won’t be back here for a while until I know they have new employees. Came in for a cut today and was taken back almost immediately. I can’t remember who did my haircut but her name started with a D. She was rude. I showed her 3 pictures of what I was looking for, she said last time I went shoulder length and asked if I wanted to do that again. I said no I want to keep it past my shoulders and keep as much length as I can but I know I have dead ends and want to cut off anything dead. She said okay so shoulder length, without even looking or touching my hair to see what’s dead and what’s not. Then she puts it in a pony tail to cut most of it off and the length was about perfect, we both even commented about how she got it right on the first try. Then she just kept going and cut it shoulder length. Exactly what I said I did not want. Then another employee came in to start her shift and asked how the day was going so far, the lady cutting my hair said it was too busy and she didn’t like it because she couldn’t take a break to eat her oatmeal, which made me feel immediately uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I came in with a ponytail and took it out before the cutting started, she never even parted my hair, so when I got home I could immediately tell the left and right sides were uneven. I called up there to let them know my haircut was uneven and if I could come back in to have it fixed. The lady on the phone was very nice and asked if I still had my receipt. I wasn’t offered one, the same lady that did my haircut also checked me out. She asked if I was set up with an account or if they used the house account, I had no clue as there was no talk about accounts while I was there. But she told me to come in anyways and they can fix it so I did. Lucky me, the same lady was the only one available. I explained that I felt my hair was uneven and showed her with my fingers, she said there’s just a piece left that needs to be cut and brought me back in the chair to fix it immediately. I wish she would have checked that before I left so I didn’t have to drive back up there. Now I have a haircut that I hate but what am I supposed to do, nobody can put the hair back on so I just have to wait months for it to grow to the length I wanted. I feel so ugly and uncomfortable, with my hair this short. I can constantly feel the ends on my neck and it’s too short to put it in a ponytail. I feel like I got bullied into getting the haircut she wanted to cut, not the haircut I wanted.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Haircut I’ve Had in a Long Time! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Great Clips! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and paid attention to every detail. She took her time, made sure the fade was clean, the lines were sharp, and the top was blended perfectly. The haircut turned out even better than I imagined. I walked out feeling confident, fresh, and looking like a whole new man. The shop was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere. You can tell they care about quality and customer service.

  “mimoza” did my sons hair :( and cut my father in laws hair even worse..I don’t have a picture of that unfortunately, but he asked her to give him a 1 on the sides and the back with nothing off the top but she did a 1 all the way around?? Uneven at that… yikes. But I do have a nice review for the lady that cut my daughter’s hair she did great her name was Dani! I will be calling tomorrow and Hopefully great clips will reimburse the 20$ they charge for a 1 year olds haircut..
