- DYDanielle YensenAug 28, 20251.0I placed an order for online pickup for a 20% off deal that they called to tell me about. They notified me that my order was fulfilled and ready for pick up! I wasn't able to pick up my order until after the deal ended (hence the online order), upon arrival for pick up I am told that over half of my order was out of stock, the four main items I ordered. I asked why I wasn't notified that they were out of stock so I could have placed an online order for delivery instead and was met with rudeness and told "thats not my fault!" They told me their stock was miscounted and that's why my order wasn't filled. Is that not your stores fault?! Horrible customer service. I was also told to just email the company about my issue as they could not help me. After emailing with salon centric, they offered to honor the 20% off deal but could not respond in a timely manner so that it could actually work for me. It's been over 2 weeks since I was trying to purchase some products that I needed at that time. I will just shop with Cosmoprof from now on.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
