After talking I was explained that because my hair already had dye on it that my better choice was to have my roots touched up & have foil highlights done. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting. Well paying $184 I ended up with my shirt ruined by her getting bleach on it. My hair I could barely see any difference. I would give zero stars if I could.

She told him he was acting like a 4 year old and that when her daughter was two, her daughter did better than him, and he’s 8. She would ask him questions and when he responded “I don’t know” she said “well do you know anything?” Then he expressed that he needed to itch and her response was “oh that sucks”. My son has special needs. When I explained his special needs she relied “oh I was just messing around”. This is his life, not a joke. Unbelievable.
