- HSHunter SharSep 17, 20251.0Employee is rude as hell, first she claimed that my phone number doesn’t have a Sephora account (I literally went to Somerset earlier that day and used the same number…it’s always been that number lol). Then claimed I can’t use my phone number and have to use my email, and scoffed in my face when I asked to try a different email (which finally worked). Also directed me immediately to the shitty Sephora version of brow gel which was flakey and crappy, and I ended up looking it up on my own to find a different option. Most of the samples are super disgusting and crusty too. Wouldn’t come back to this establishment!
