I went the other day with my 2 daughters and I have so many complaints but my biggest is that when I got my receipt I was charged for services I didn’t even get! They charged me for a cut and style for my daughter and her hair did not look like it was done at a salon. Great Clips would have styled it better! I did not get my hair cut at all because the lady ran out of time but they charged me for a dye and cut. Normally when I leave I feel good and like I saved a ton of money but not that day. I will not be back.
