I explained to her that I wanted layers all throughout my hair and wanted to just freshen up the ones I have - therefore indicating she had a outline of what to do before she even began since I asked her to just keep what I have but shorter and she kept misunderstanding. I showed her photos to help bring her to the same understanding as me and to no avail, she still did not understand and kept making remarks saying, "okay, I'm cutting more off; okay cutting even more off" and saying "why do you want it cut like this?" - she also cut me off quite often when asking me what I would like next. Normally, when I go to Great Clips, I ask for a wolfcut and there is no problem, but today, at this location, it definitely was. If you're looking for a haircut that involves anything more than a straight line cut, I would strongly recommend going to a different location.
