I was looking for Olaplex No. 5 conditioner, one of the ladies working asked if she could help me find something and said it was behind the counter. I also grabbed some amika bust your brass shampoo, and a bottle of sparkly nail polish for my daughter. I am 8 months pregnant and I had my 2 1/2yo daughter with me. While waiting in line I quickly got overheated and extremely lightheaded - and almost passed out. The ladies working strongly suggested I sit down and quickly got me some juice. While I was waiting for it to pass, one of the ladies VERY kindly starting talking to my daughter and even painted her toenails with the new polish! My daughter was THRILLED about the attention, and the sparkly polish! I didn’t catch the name of the woman working, but she had short dark hair and glasses. It was around 11:30am Wednesday July 31. I also snapped a picture of the whole exchange that I’d love to share! I am EXTREMELY grateful for the compassion and customer service I received today - as always! This location isn’t closest to my house, but I definitely prefer it! Thank you so much again!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
