- LELindsay EbyApr 18, 20231.0I came in the store and when I was greeted by Beth she was incredibly rude. I have been shopping here for years and was refused service unless my stylist called in with her license number and product recommendation. I have never had anyone ask for anything but her phone number and I was allowed to purchase what I wanted. If this was a new policy or if she was just trying to do her job I would completely understand, but she was incredibly rude and almost accusatory as she pretty much shamed me for trying to purchase Redken shampoo without a license (which you can buy at Meijer just not in the liter size).

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
