I went in for a beard trim and fade, showed a picture, and clearly explained: 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm fade on top and do not touch the bottom of the chin and jaw area. The first thing done was trimming the bottom, which ruined the look. The stylist admitted she wasn’t sure but she could try. honestly, I should have left, but I had an urgent event and trusted them. She even struggled to bill me. What made it worse was the argument afterward. Another stylist, Jamie, said I should know guard lengths and that they don’t understand millimeters. That’s unreasonable. very brand has different guards, and that’s why customers rely on professionals. Showing a picture should be enough. A simple apology would have been fine, but instead, I was argued with, which is very disappointing. Now I’m left with a stubble instead of the style I wanted and need to go elsewhere to fix it. A few weeks ago, Prima did an awesome job for my kid, so it really depends on who you get. Suggestion: Please train staff on beard trim basics and communication.
