    First time at this location, absolutely loved it, I loved the recliner chair when your getting your hair washed, so relaxing, yes it's the little things! ;) My hair was a mess, I let it grow out for nearly a year from past mistakes, I saw Kaylee whom we talked about my hair color & highlights & the cut and she listened and also made suggestions and I felt very comfortable. I love my hair again & the cut! I'll definitely be back to see her again!

    Love, love, love this location! Prices for Haircut and color are reaaally reasonable. Lily is not only talented and knowledgeable, but so sweet and went out of her way to message me step by step instructions on how to style my hair the way I never knew how. Highly recommend 👌

    It had my second visit with Alicia this weekend and she lightened my base and eyebrows instead of darkening them! Instead of a medium ashy brown base and eyebrows with vanilla baby lights, I have strawberry blonde roots and eyebrows with baby lights. It looks terrible. I'm upset that the lighting in the salon hid the issue, that Alicia couldn't tell that she lightened my hair instead of darkening it, and that I have to start all over with a base color and we'll have to guess at what color to use because I have no natural color reference point. I never color my eyebrows and decided on a whim to do it this weekend. I gave myself a few hours to calm down after arriving home and called back to explain the situation. The receptionist was very kind and offered to correct the issue at no cost with a different stylist this week. I'm frustrated and disappointed.

    Shelby was amazing. I told her that my last hair color appointment had gone bad and that I had a wedding coming up. I gave her a sample of what I was looking for and she outperformed my expectations. The way she fixed the highlights and blended my color was exceptional. It was so close to what I wanted and even better than the picture I had given. I was so happy that my hair was happy and glowing again. You’re a lifesaver Shelby! I’ll be back soon for the bridal makeup and hairdo!
