She helped both my mom and my mother in-law who both had separate special occasions and LOTS of questions. She was patient, genuine, answered all of our questions, and had knowledge of everything. TAKE CARE OF HER because an incredible employee like this doesn't come along often. I work in the service industry I know😭
- DAd aMay 24, 20245.0SO helpful! TWO ladies assisted me in helping me find the perfect perfumes for me. It was like I was the only customer in the store. I wish I remembered their names. They were very knowledgable on the products. I learned soooo much about perfumes, and I know exactly what I need. I will ALWAYS come to this location moving forward. Other locations of Sephora made me feel like an annoyance. Beauty experts at Sephora Kohl's are my favorite. It was a shorter middle aged lady and another lady with fun makeup. Great service!

- JCJillian CasuccioAug 21, 20211.0Honestly it’s the second day that they are open and I’m not the type to write a rude review but I felt as I was being stalked as a dishonest shoplifter ? On top of that the employees were very quiet and didn’t know nothing about their products. I did buy foundation product and when I was trying to find my skin tone she told me I am “self tanned” like used self tanner, and it’s my skin tone THE COLOR OF MY SKIN lol? She should asked if I had any tanner on but no she didn’t. She TOLD ME. So I guess I’ll never be going back there ever again and nor will my family AND friends will shop there.
