- KSKenzie S.Jul 15, 20254.0I love this store! I personally alternate between the Waterford, Rochester Hills and the Utica location. This store is always stocked, clean and has all my favorite goodies! Sadly I have to take a star away because the customer service is always inconsistent. You either get kind, friendly, super helpful staff or you get the complete opposite. It’s always 50/50 and I wish it was more consistent. I spent over $250+ today in store and one of the staff members was not so friendly in my experience and she didn’t even bother to welcome me in but did when three other girlies walked in, she was happy to greet them. I would use this location as my primary Salon Centric if the customer service was more consistent and kind across the board. I had to run to the Waterford location today last minute to take advantage of the sale ending today and spent $60+ at the Waterford location. They offered me samples and were so friendly! Whereas, I spent $250+ here and not one single sample was offered and wasn’t happy with my experience with the staff. Just my friendly opinion that customer service needs improvement and should be more kind to your customers. Thank you!

The store is well organized and stocked. They always let me know when there will be deals on brands or items I’m buying. Would recommend!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
