I would recommend to anyone that when visiting Great Clips to ask for Vivian, you won’t be disappointed.

The apron smelled foul, like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. My stylist had a black brush on her workstation that was full of a variety of hair- absolutely disgusting. I haven’t been here in years but it’s closer to home and my time was limited. I previously stopped going her because the stylist that cut my sons hair cut his ear open and didn’t even apologize. I will not be back. Even for a free haircut. Sadly I need to go somewhere else because my haircut is completely butchered with long patches of hair all over.

Had a different lady today and I'm sad to say it's one of the worst haircuts I have had. I know it's an economy franchise and sometimes it's not perfect, but always acceptable. I don't think in 30 years I have asked to fix, but her sheers were so dull it wasn't cutting my hair and just pulling. After 2 corrections I gave up. My wife is fixing tomorrow.
