I do take advantage of the coupons whenever I get them as well. I do use the checkin app and for an old guy its very user friendly. Thanks for keeping me a cut above the rest!

I wanted a shoulder length straight cut - ended up with a terrible & uneven chin bob 😭. I've spent the week attempting styles & products to try to "help" but this is just too terrible to even go into a ponytail (with bobypins since 3" too short). Maybe there was a language barrier, but I brought 4 pictures to make sure we had the same intent. The result is not even close. I'm devastated.

This was for a very young kid that needed the booster seat, so there was no mistake. Luckily, a gentleman in line ahead of me had an extra $9 kids cut coupon and the other lady working the desk was kind enough to give it to me. Would I go again, sure. Would I ever see Nora or have her touch the register for my account, NO.
