- PDPayton Daggett1 day ago1.0I don’t even know where to begin. I walked in here and straight up pointed out that I wanted a fade half way up. Even drew a line with my finger. The lady had me turned completely away from the mirror so I couldn’t see anything. She put the mirror infront of my face and I just turned red. My fade isn’t a thing. It’s a straight line at the tippy top of my head all the way around leaving a blob of curls at the top and the rest almost bald with uneven patches. I have a job, I have school, I have a life, and I am so embarrassed to even be seen without a hat on. There is no way to fix it unless I straight up go bald. I am in disbelief that someone could even do that thinking that this is okay. I have been a loyal customer at great clips all around the state of Michigan. Never in my life ever will I step back in there. Quite literally having a panic attack days after because someone who is so unqualified to cut hair left me looking like there’s a blobfish on my head.

I came home from work to see my son and his hair was completely uneven, was no fade in sight just a straight line around his head, I said someone lied on their resume for sure. I would post pictures but it won't allow me to for some odd reason, but man will they see them on social media. My mother inlaw said she didn't have the lady fix it because she didn't trust she could do the job, I now have to pay another person to fix his hair before school in the morning, someone much more qualified than the staff at this place.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
